Squid Fry (Chilly squid fry (spicy) in a tasty way, Indian and Thai)

Ingredients

Squid
Onion
Capsicum
Curry leaves
Ginger-garlic paste
Red chilly powder
Turmeric powder
Garam masala Powder
Salt
Chilly sauce (optional)
Tomato sauce (optional)
Soya sauce (optional)

Preparation
Cut the cleaned squid into small rings. Marinate with salt and powders and keep it for 20 minutes. In a pan heat refined oil and fry the marinated squid rings until cooked.

Add the onion and capsicum (both cut in square pieces) and ginger garlic paste to the frying squid. Add curry leaves and fry them untill cooked. Add 1 tbsp chilli sauce, 1/2  tbsp soya sauce, 1/2  tbsp tomato sauce and little amount of water. Simmer it for 3 minutes and your squid is ready. Enjoy!
